ABF Life Member sets new record

This Friday Australian Ballooning Federation Life Member Elsie Gedge will set another “personal best” and ABF membership record.

Elsie, born 24th January 1915, will be 99 on Friday. Congratulations to Elsie, and her family, daughter Barbara, grand children Jamie and Skye and great-grandchildren.

We wish Elsie Many Happy Returns of the day and look forward to her “Ton” in 2015. Elsie already has one telegram from the Queen - a joint ‘prize’ with her late husband Len for 60 years of marriage, and is looking forward to her second.

May she long continue to be the oldest member of the ABF! Happy Birthday Elsie from all your friends in ballooning.
